Every year, same story, yet, no solution in sight. It is government apathy, mixed with acute inefficiency, of a multi-state nature, leading to enduring criminality. Studies clearly warn Delhi will be a hub for pollution-induced cancer and rheumatoid arthritis. Babies are born with smokers lung today in any case.

Air purifier has become a must have device for rooms. Save lungs before COPD takes over health and make us diseased for life. Don't visit congested markets or drive to impress new SUV more

Ban diesel vehicles! Subsidised polluting fuel and Government's lowering GST rates on vehicles has incentivised their purchase by the rich. Government of, by, and for the rich! Poor face medical poverty too with criminality of this dieselised private transport. more

The government is not interested in getting pollution removed. There are three basic things which need to be done. 1. Properly laid roads without pothoes/broken patches. 2. Proper cleaning of roads and streets using vacuum machines. 3. closure of all Coal based power plants. Pollution caused by farm fires aggravates the matter, but the basic PERMANENT SOURCE OF POLLUTION IS ROAD DUST AND POWER PLANTS WHICH CAN NOT BE CLOSED AS THEY ARE RUN BY NETAS. more

Supreme Court directions are not acted upon. Beurocracy is immune. Politicians are ineffective. I guess it’s only those whose family is affected by asthma or COPD, and those who do not have the privileges of airconditioned homes or funds for treatment , bear the brunt of this. Guess we’ll all have to wait for Viksit Bharat 2047 !! more

Delhi Pollution deptt is 100 percent corrupted and Neta here take benefit blaming all but do not work for over coming the problems. Neta every year exploit the problem in October and play blame game upto January and than over shadow this problem with other problem. Every party Neta makes fun of themselves but public suffers for illiyracy. more
