To safeguard senior citizens
A law should be enacted that the parents who marry their daughters who are given good education and employment by parents are entitled to get 20% of their salary after their marriage when they do not have sons.This will solve many problems that the senior citizens face after retirement since they do not have sufficient income in their old age. more

No doubt it is the bounden duty of sons to take care of parents. In the case of parents who do not have sons but have daughters who are married and settled somewhere and because of the influence of their inlaws they are not helping parents financially. That is why I did not mention about sons. more

What about sons? All offspring s should contribute for upkeep of parents. Young parents need guidance regarding planning retirement for economic self sufficiency. Senior citizen need counseling on keeping their property and finances intact. Economically weaker parents should get maintenance from their children via ECS .We also need support groups and infrastructure to help them lead an active life. I believe that every locality, housing complex should have children' park as well as senior citizen activity centre with facility for meditation, walking, spiritual activity and group activities. more

Very appropriate in terms of Equality for rights . Absolutely correct demand to be made as Law considering the 2005 amendment of Property Act awarding 2nd Property right to Every Married Women . Sernior Citizen even with male Children are indeed cornered with this Act of inequal responsibility binding . more
