Do we live in a Democrasy or Criminalocrasy?
Known Politicians with criminal record and Criminals with political partners (Mafias) roam free and control police?
ED/IncTax never catches Politicians and Mafias with disproportionate income and nonpayment of income tax?
Courts reinstate Scam tainted politicians and political parties in name of democrasy, why dont they order impeachment proceedings against the corrupt as well?
Where is justice and equality guranteed by the Preamble of Indian Constitution? If you can't do Right don't do Wrong, keep out of the way with your mouth Shut! more

The forgotten/neglected caretaking articles of fundamental nature were enacted only in the 3rd Decade after due fight under realization and recognition . Many government backing articles have been implemented and carried and all the Articles set for public interest and national build up at Secured methods HAVE BEEN GROSSLY NEGLECTED AND THE APEX COURT ALSO IS NOT IN A POSITION TO RECOGNIZE THE IMPORTANCE OF ARTICLE 32 , 39 AND 226 AFTER 1987 WHICH ARE FULLY MADE FAR AWAY FOR THE PUBLIC AND COMMON PEOPLE . The Indian Constitution has been set so , unless the Indian Military turns in , issues cannot be set right . yes please . This is the real Fact if analysed or thought in the Concept of a Rule that should be . more  
A bill related to this has been passed in Lok sabha, and in Rajya sabha. Their was huge discussion by the judges about the implementation of the bill. Whether the bill was kept in hold due to any case filed in the supreme court??? more
