The VIP Culture in India - Inputs on Issues
Dear Friends,
Some of you in the last few months had suggested we take this subject up and come up with how things can be improved for the common citizen.
As citizens of India, most of us have experienced this in getting Government work done, admissions to educational institutes and hospitals, access to facilities, access to services, rail tickets, special access to events, special treatment at airports. The VIP culture prevails in many aspects of our daily life.
Through this post, we invite each member to raise issues they have experienced/observed with respect to the VIP culture in India.
Once we have listed the issues, we will do a Root Cause analysis through a separate post followed by identification of Solutions to propose to the Government.

Withdraw all previleges given to elected and non-elected officials such as free government cars, subsidised housing etc. Let them pay like any common man. That would be a start. more
