FIRSTLY,THERE WERE LOT OF TECHNICAL PROBLEMS BEFORE 4G LAUNCH,THE SERVICES WERE DISRUPTIVE AND SUBSCRIBERS WERE FORCED TO PAY FOR THAT PERIOD AS WELL WITH OUT ANY SERVICE.NOW,THE SERVICES HAVE BEEN STARTED AND NETCONNECT USERS HAVE BEEN FORCED TO BUY WIPOD TO CONTINUE SERVICE.FURTHER THE CHARGES ARE APPROX RS.300/GB PROBABLY COSTLIEST IN PRESENT TIMES.UPGRADATION GIFT OF 10 GB IS ONLY IN THE AIR. more
Don't rely upon any promise on papers. Nothing is given free by any one to any body. Mukesh Ambani is going to lunch his Reliance Geo within next 3 days and he has promised lots of free and concessional service. The track records of Reliance Group suggest not to fall prey of their commitments as both the Ambani brothers maintain only one way traffic, i.e. inflowing without a provision for outflowing. Reliance is prime cheating data communication company. I had wifi connection of 3G just 3 months before and 3 weeks before they disconnected and sent mails to make payment for 1500 (to upgrade to 4G) and maintaining as customer became a waste for them. No response to any mails to customer care and one of the dirtiest customer (dont) care company. How local circles will pressure this reliance or they will maintain silence on seeing all complaint post. more
You should write to below email if for resolving this with reliance telecom- rcomappellateauthority.MH@relianceada.com . You will be getting Tracking number for your complaint. Please insist for trcknig number, as many a times they donot give one. Once your compliant is not resolved in 60 days, you can move to TRAI department for formal complaint against Reliance telecommunication. Hope this will solve your concern. more
