The Reputation of the Judiciary

The press conference by the 4 senior most Judges of the Supreme Court has achieved one thing : - "These Judges have confessed that that they could not get justice from the Highest Court of the country & had to resort to raise the matter in public."
HOW CAN THEY CONVINCE ORDINARY CITIZENS LIKE ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEY WILL GET JUSTICE FROM THEM ?"

They have damaged the reputation of the judiciary irreparably!
THIS IS MY OPINION EXPRESSED UNDER ARTICLE 19(1) OF THE CONSTITUTION!

Please let me know whether you agree. more

Preamble of the Constitution that guaranteed started with JUSTICE, Social, Economic and Political. This issue of 4 Judges indeed is the result of 6 decades the Judiciary faced with the disregard by the other pillars of our Constitution basically on the Constitutional mandates . Anybody will get frustrated like us in these locallcircles.com or, any individual may be/ might be in the ambit and orbit of Article 19 Clause 1. This incident proved to be the outburst of distress since anybody feel unsecured , unsafe, to implement even the Guaranteed mandates of the Preamble of the Country. We had read and or heard about ; Threats, Physical disregards on Judges ; Damages in the and the Court Halls even when the Session is on ; Destroying and Man-handling other Senior Advocates in the High Court Premises ; AND, EVEN A CAR BOMB AT THE Supreme Court Compound . We witnessed the decent and honourable carry of Court Proceedings in majority of Courts . This is to be remembered by all Indian Law Graduates at least . There have been many Supreme Court findings, narrations, Guidelines, Suggestions, Directions on the Constitutional issues which the Executives did not accept to implement and Such Judges had to contend like the then President of the Nation, Sri Gyani Jail Singh . We have been witnessing many Financial Crimes , Misuse and Misappropriation of Govt. Funds and Public Finances, National Natural Treasures besides the increasing insults in the Culture and Heritage of our Society, Terrorism getting supported within, Increasing Drug and Smuggling Mafia even Exporting Women . All these also some times instigates and provokes . It is easy to face and address any issues of any kind. But, None can do anything if it is unsolvable . Empowered and dedicated Authority only can carry prompt Justice : Empowered and disciplined Governance only can Rule perfectly as mandated : Empowered and promptly managed legislating Houses only can solve any problems at public interest . This is why, this NDA government thought well before and suggested NJAC ; and, a number of Reforms covering the top important organs of Constitution and, the Rule in the Country. We have to strive for these till they are formulated WHILE IT IS NECESSARY FOR NDA to GAIN COOPERATION OF 18 States and, Majority in Loak Sabha AND, Rajya Sabha also by 2019 . more
Joke of the day. When a case takes ages to get cleared, where is justice ?? One incident of misguided judges playing to their political masters, will not affect working of Supreme Court. Take it in normal stride & move on. more
Every system is prone to decay in course of time. that is due to the change in the Civilization with passage of time. This event of The Honorable Judges opening up in Media should be welcome, because they have the element of fearlessness and brave to expose the decaying system and are only displaying the faith in People of India that is enshrined in the Constitution (" The Government by the People, for the People") and trying to rejuvenate the Judicial system to make it more reliable and trust able in the service of the People of India. Opportunity to Express once feeling shouldn't be sliced, for it will lead to colossal disaster in future. more
