Very good Guidance. But Vikram Sahib can you suggest and direct us as to where this nut is available at a affordable price by the retirees. Now Dry Fruit Merchants are also aware that we need these for our Health point of view. So like Doctors they also exploit the rates from Rs.400/- to Rs. 2000/- a Kilo within the span of 4-5 years. more

Vikram Guptaji, Agreed that Kaaju, Badaam, Pista and Akhrot are the kings of dry nuts kingdom. But only the 'kingly' can afford them. What about the common man who is finding it too difficult to meet both ends meet? Kindly suggest a common mans dry nuts which can take a takkar with Kaaju, Badaam, Pista and Akhrot etc. A lot has been written on Omega 3 etc and benefits of using Olive oil etc. I wonder, why God has not provided an equivalent of such products in India for the common Indian public. And if such equivalents are available, even the affluent can use the products! more
