The fake products problem on ecomm apps

See how this so called product blutooth speaker is alllowed to be sold on amazon with JBL brand logo.

Consumers are misled like this. Not to mention that for first timers the entire perception of JBL brand is terrible. The speaker that is shipped is really bad.

Whatever policies consumer dept and localcircles come up with must address this core issue of apps like amazon flipkart snapdeal turning a blind eye towards such sellers. Their systems in place to check goods are not working or ignorance is by design. more

why people go there? If you have something wrong with amazon don't go there. more  
Sharing my experience with Amazon. Bought a product worth Rs. 550.00 was found substandard. Complained to Amazon, got back my amount without returning the product. more  
amazon has no help system wonder why people go for it ? more  
As far as Amazon is concerned, our experience so far has been consumer friendly. They have a robust return and refund policy in place. If you have received any product which is inferior or does not conform to the parameters mentioned on the website, ,just return the goods and claim the refund. If you find it difficult please write to us at cccell@hotmail.com. more  
It only be eradicated, if All eCommerce site must bring product directly from manufactures.
Seller information must be maintained on product page. more
