The end of Discrimination Of LGBTs-right decision by courts

In a world full of heterogenous living beings when color, castes, creed origin does not hold in to days world order , the decision of highest court of India is very apt.
No need to break heads by religious heads who were opposing it fo4 almost 200 years.
What was wrong yesterday is right today as the whole world holds a different opinion due to liberated thinking and most countries have tilted towards it.
Primarily India had a society prejudiced. But equally important is this group also kept it secluded and many indulged in criminal activities and continue to be part of sex mafia.
Now that they have achieved this they must be allowed to participate in all fields and our general behaviour towards them must change. Many educated ,talented and good looking individuals are openly declaring their identity and living with respect in many professions like IT, engineering, nursing etc.
Special centres for them like hospitals must be opened to help in sexchange operations by qualified specialised surgeons so that they can exercise their choice of sex they would like to adopt.Every state govt must open one in every district with needed paraphernalia and budget so that their special needs can be met .Psychatric help also must be given to for them to cope with their social stigma existing today.
Financial institutions ,govts must allot loans for them to start businesses, and private enterprises.and try for their upliftment. The old prejudicial behaviour towards them must change .
Police must change their behaviour towards them and treat them as equal to all citizens when confronting them in their needs.
Equally this community must stop begging,”NEK “and stop visiting celebrations to extract money ,indulge in vulgar display and talk and stop harassing the travellers at public places. Many incidents of kidnap, emAsculation of male children, forced begging gangs apart from real criminal acts of theft, murder, sexual attacks, prostitution are being noted in this groups.Police must collect data biometrically ,iris issue special IDs so that theycanbe made in to a data and tracked as a security measure. This is not amounting to discrimination.
A big change is needed since the society is not used to it now! more

Sharma garu ,it is more apt to use the extended termLGBTIQ.I stand for intersex disorders which need surgery to convert to female mostly or male genitals. The subject is complex and this is not the forum .I can talk in private if you are interested.Transgender people behave differently from the sex organs they are born with. They convert them selves a ccording to their preference in to male or female by elective surgery called sex change surgery. more
Sir, it becomes a legalized way of Sex with elective surgery . And, this also against Human Norms and ethics more
It must be LGBTQ.sorry lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer. more
Thanks please. I thought gay/ Homosex is sex within the Gender, Transgender is not either Female nor Male. more
Sir,thanks. The transgender comes under LGBT .SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION.Already the third option under column SEX. It us M/F/Other has come in to being . more
The issue of Transgenders is more important and still to be codified by the Parliament as S.C. directed an year ago. Male, Female, Transgender leads to 3 Genders in Human Beings. The 4th now to be identified as Gay/Homosex Gender But, different from Natural Humans identified and qualified till now . The main issue to be deeply thought is Safety and Security . Out of the 3 existing Genders, Female Gender is given high importance and most secured preference even in legal terms . Even then, the Status of Female Gender in the Society had been misused by the Male Gender Till now while Many She Teams [ Female Teams ] working for converting some Females into prostitution and even export of Female from India to Malaysia etc., Countries in addition to Gulf Countries continuously . Still Governments are not in a position to identify, locate and curb such Female Teams/Associations working for these anti social and anti national acts which indeed are even unlawful and illegal . Challenges to Society had been getting multiplied with the application of extraordinary human rights and those infact away from Natural qualities of Human Beings in the originated Genders of MALE ; FEMALE ; TRANSGENDER . more
