UP is quite worrying esp Noida, Ghaziabad, Lucknow, Agra. With so many IT industries in Noida it could get very tricky if 50% of us start going to offices.

IT Industry is best fit for remote working, most of them are working 100% remotely, there is no business reason for them to allow 50% return now. By the way many major IT companies will themselves will not out their employee at risk, but there are many small one which may force their employees to return to work as per government orders and that will definitely going to increase the risk. more

should cure be worse than the disease? Why must all go to offices? My children in US/Europe are IT professionals and nationals of those countries. None of the employers is forcing them to come to office even though they are way up on the ladder. Use multiple video conferencing for management their subordinates. more
