Terrible Experience: Corn and Gelusil

Yesterday, I had one of the most difficult food and health experiences of my life. Last eve, I purchased whats called as sweet corn near a mall and consumed it on my way home. Rest of my food routine was them same. About 8 pm, i was feeling a bit bloated so I took out a couple of gelusil tablets. Horror followed thereafter. The bloating became terrible, with pain in chest, shoulder, ears, lower back with extremely heavy sensation which continued till about 11 pm. I took warm lime water with honey then and after 2 glasses, things started to ease out.

Friends be very careful of what you eat out and antacids like gelusil who god knows have what in them.

May be it was just that cup of corn and my body reacted like this but I thought all should know. more

Yet, things can go wrong somewhere, anywhere! This apparently hit Mr Vibhor. Solution? Well, you better hope for the best..... more
It may not not be corn but additive such as Aginomoto and test makers that might be harmful. Better not to go to places, not so sure. more
