First thanks for giving me opportunity to put some comment on telecom field here. some recommendation here as below: 1.In india Gov. need common telecom policy for all telecom operator either public or private. 2. Public company given full power as private company. 3.Infrastructure should be common for all and shared for exapmle same tower can be shared and optical fibre laying one at time during execution of city planning along with water and electricity or long distance route ,so no need individual operator to lay optical fibre and and interrupt other service. 4.Social service obligation also should be given all private operator as public in transparent manner not only public company but in india private operator provide service where they get handsome profit and try to disrupt other service by using external or internal loophole of public sector or other operator. 5 In public Sector BSNL/MTNL should be full restructure and accountability should be fixed and and make it public and answer in time manner if not he/she penalised .Good employee should be awarded as PRP basis that must be transparent. more

Reliance is cheating people subtly. For Post paid connections rounding off for money is always done to next rupee and not less than 50 or more than 50 paise. For tariffs which are for 28 days money is deducted every 26 days i.e. one extra installment per year. more

Bsnl Internet faults are corrected at leisure. If Internet is not working and by chance if it happens on Friday, then fault will be rectified only on Monday or Tuesday . Forget about any help in the night. No contact no. is available for help. more
