Tax Evasion Review and Non Taxable Citizens

Government of India (GOI) Tax rules are such that Honest Tax Payers are MILKED more and More for additional taxes thus Forcing them to reach a stage where they look for illegal means to balance their lives and family aspirations in dynamic world.
Ten Points of Tax Evasion;
1. GOI Bad Tax Collection Regimes filled with most corrupt and inept people;
2. Most unhelpful and insubordination of Tax Authorities;
3. Issues of Notices limited to Harassment of Honest Tax Payers (HTP) with out helping to resolve HTP Issues;
4. Tax Authorities Blackmailing Regimes;
5. Tax Authorities Negotiation with defaulters;
6. Repeated offering of Lollipop rebates to biggest Tax Evaders;
7. Repeated framing laws helping defaulters and major industrial houses;
8. Lack of Justice with HTP;
9. Bad Multiple Tax Regime like once I paid Road Tax why to pay for PP Tax; AND not last but least
10. Criminal Tax Evaders and Officials Nexus.
In addition to above over a millions citizens are not paying due taxes despite of Good earnings as per following List;
one. radial earns nearly Rs 20000 to Rs 30000 per months but shows no income. Infact, Radiwala pay daily Rs100 to Rs500 Protection Hafta which amounts to Over Rs 10 Lakhs a Month in Noida and Greater Noida only where over 10000 to 18000 Radiwala work.
two; Paanwala Operating in Shops;
three; Small Tea Samosa and Fast food vendors;
four; Foot path Juice Sellers. One Juice seller in Delhi earns over Rs 2000 to Rs 5000 par day;
Five; Seasonal Lassi Neebu Paani sellers;
Six; Bhutta sellers Vendor Controllers earns Rs 50000 PM as per one Vendors who manage all Challi sellers on Expressways;
Seven; Illegal Liquor Mafia;
Eight; Small Shop owners;
Nine; Small Contractors, Builders and Property Dealers and Least but not Last
Ten; Three wheeler Auto Minibus and Maxi cab Passengers Service Providers with over a billion Private Taxi Owners who operate directly.
Hope GOI look in to above and find out true Single Tax Regimes and Milking only HTP as I too after paying all legal taxes end up paying various other ILLEGAL TAXES superimposed on US in form of Cess Over 700% More on Each Service which is Duty of Government to Provide; more

You said it Sarmaji, it is the corrupt politicians and those supported by them who are the generators of black money and who hold more than ceiling land. This is the reason for the delay and this is the hindrance. more

WE ARE MANY TIMES REITERATING CURB OF Rs.100 ABOVE NOTES; LIMIT CASH AT Rs.2000/ Rs.5000; IMPLEMENT THE LIMIT OF LAND & LANDED PROPERTIES. more

The question is whether the present Government will demonetize or not. I agree with Darshan Singhji, the chances are remote. more
