TataDOCOMO broadband instrument returned but no refund received till date

I purchased a docomo broadband instrument in december 2014 and returned it within the stipulated 1 month ,as it was not getting any signals.
Although, i have all the paper work in place right from acknowledgements to emails to phone calls, DOCOMO is turning a blind eye to returning my cash of rs1999.00
I had taken to them on Face book - they assured to make good their promise - this happened in the months of June/July 15
What else can be done as i have left no page unturned ! more

Docomo is fleecing people. This should be sent to consumer court. We
neglect because of small money involved. The court should encourage us by
awarding compensation.

Pl write to Minister of Deparment Of Telecommunication, Govt. of India before giving any legal notice. more

It is my sincere suggestion that before subscribing to wireless telecommunication network, please ensure that whether the service / proper service / good service / good network coverage is available in your area where you live or where you use the device / connection. Otherwise one will end up with these kind of problems. (This network coverage and quality of coverage one can check with their friends, relatives, neighbours, nearby telecom vendors / shops etc., or else you can check up with Network Service Provider himself or you can browse in the network service provider's internet portal). After satisfying yourself, please spend the money. Because wireless networks has its very own limitations. more  
Please send them a " Proper Legal Notice " - filed in your local court and name the General Manager of your circle in yur complaint. DO NOT WITHDRAW THE COMPLAINT IF THEY AGREE TO REFUND after you send them the notice - UNLESS THEY PAY YOU DAMAGES ALSO TO COMPENSATE YOU FOR " MENTAL AGONY "..... more
