TATA-SKY unethical practice of extracting money from Lay Customers

TATA SKY : Subscriber ID: 1017027341- Customer for more than a Decade: - TAAT SKY too doing unethical practice of swindling money from lay customers even after several complaint to Customer care, Charging for STB box twice within 2 months, PAID on 27th OCT for the STB box which was faulty and again malfunctioned on 25th Dec and removed and replaced after 11 days on 4th Jan and Charging me again for the STB box . The Customer care or the Service Center do not have any track record of the payment and demanding the payment saying I have not paid in Oct 2018. Whereas I have received an Invoice for OCT month in November 2018 by mail but to which they adamantly refuse to budge but demanding that their record shows that this amount is pending and asked me pay immediately. After argument the Customer care went silent for several minutes and the call got disconnected. After some time got a SMS saying the issue had been resolved . To my surprise when I browse today their APP - my account shows that the payment is still pending. I have the copy of Invoice and screen shots of all sms corresponding to the Complaints. Please note that from 25th Dec 2018 to 4th Jan 2019 we had no service of TATA SKY at all. Also I have subscribed to TATA SKY on annual basis for past several years & I am afraid that they would squeezed out the unethical payment due from my annual subscription already paid & demand during the fag end on my Annual subscription ending (around Aug- Sep 2019) and again giving life to the issue. Any way I have decided to switch over to some other service provider if this issue is not resolved amicably as it is prolonged till now. more

Give notice to the Company under section 12 of the consumer protection act 1986 and hopefully your all problems will get resolved without going to the consumer forum. more  
Since two day back facing problem with TATASKY set up box . Nothing is coming in tv asking to resetting which not happening also . there service is very poor . also charging more money for Net working. All customer should make necessary action so that monopoly of TATASKY should be stopped. My customer ID is 1089798928 . Even tried to solve problem through customer care they also not able to do and asking 100 rupees for sending individuals to solve problem. Even I have mailed to customer support but did not get any positive response to get it solved. more  
Tatasky do not have transparency.More over their charges are also very high.They compel the customer to see/watch unwanted advertisements/their products. more  
Pl. put a case in consumer coat more  
I have got similar bad experience with Tatasky.I switched over to Independent tv and enjoying free service. more
