Tata Sky attitude

I am customer of Tata sky since years. I normally pay annual subscription. Last year my son wanted premium package and so we paid for limited period. The period is over. However since then tata sky is continuosly showing our account as overdue. After every 15 to 20 days i am getting sms from tata sky for the reason. We paid for our need and when need is over we stopped. However tata sky is unduely hammering for that additional package. Can anybody suggest any solution? more

Their system is slow and they take all possible steps in demanding money from others. more  
Not only tata sky, all channel runners, play dirty and cruel game with consumer. eg. they dump unwanted channels on our head and we have to accept their package. If they will give preferred option, they can reduce the rate. There is no control from government on such channel runners. more  
Write complain to all level officers and file a case at consumer forum. If we let them go, they increase cheeting behavior. since ther is no strict regulation for them they behave erogantly. more  
Tatasky has become like Reliance. Unprofessional and disgusting. I changed to another after I faced arrogant behaviour from them. I did lodge comaplaints too. Who has time to go after such issues? more  
Nobody has to go anywhre for this problem..... simply call their toll free cuustomer care number from your RNM (Registered Mobile No) and intimate them the service(s) you do not need to continue.... the SMS reminders will stop.. more
