Tata service and parts quality

My reason due of unsatisfaction

1. Over and again the problems are persisting like steering column noise which is persistent from.the 4.th month after purchase
2. The purpose of.buying a new car is remaining trouble free for the first 3 years which is not at all in my case
3. The ORVM is not broken and was working properly from.past 1.5 years now suddenly it stopped working, a new problem in the warranty period which is not being carered properly
4. I had my door switch changed , rear charger changed

Similar case of a nexon diesel purchased from ur showroom HP 94 0786 was having trouble in the very first year of purchase , u can check ur records of gear system problem in that nexon , the person sold the vehicle and boughy a maruti dzire.
So shlould i question.the qulaity of car or the quality of dealer ,

So whom should i question ? Is it the product quality which is not good or the dealer who is not delivering or may be its the consumer who has made a wrong choice, i have purchased many vehicles but always had trouble free first three years and here i am facing lot of trouble in the warranty period and there is lack.of coperation from the dealer side.

IMPORTANT ADVISE TO ALL: TATA Motors introduced many Passenger vehicles right from the day one by introducing INDICA Cars. once these cars appeared on roads all Ambassador ( still a road king) disappear from road. now after 5 years period INDICA also disappeared from road and it's repair and maintenance is horrible. No TATA work shops giving a better service nor having Parts/accessories in their inventory. Moreover, dealers dont'have good technical experts in their hand nor they not able to find our the basic faults either mechanical nor electrical. because most of the personnel are freshers who are not well trained. Hence it is always better not to go for TATA VEHICLES. Instead, Maruti/Honda/Toyota are the BEST in all aspects.

This is my experience by using their TATA NANO where after purchasing I have nearly spent twice the cost of the car by using it for 8 and half years. more  
Tata products are not at all reliable and durable. That is why it is very important to do a thorough understanding of the products (especially expensive products - it is your hard earned money) during product demonstrations. Do some research before finalizing the brand and model. Do not go by the advertisements.
I had realized this about the Tata cars way back while taking test rides. I then decided never to buy a Tata Car even if it is offered free of cost.

You can now visit another dealer and get the car inspected and serviced there (to check if your dealer is taking you for a ride). This does happens sometime with some dealers doing unethical things to earn extra money. Or it might be the company / product fault, which either the company may repair otherwise (if you escalate the matter to reginal head) you might have to live up with it.
If you are left dissatisfied then you can sell of the car like your friend did and never buy Tata again. more  
Unfortunately TATA has compromised Quality for numbers and competition. Nexon is touted to be their best product. Cyrus the virus screwed up big time on Brands by launching back to back products: Bolt, Zest & Tigor...the launches were so fast that their own product killed the earlier one...I own a Tata Nano...got it in 2009 and immediately within 6 months of its launch it was recalled for Retro-fittings to safeguard against fire. First Launch vehicles are always it seems made with special care and attention...I have very less problems with my Nano and it is now in its 10th year of running. I have ridden it to Agra twice...beside Meerut & Ghaziabad....from my South Delhi residence. But now Tata has its own Concorde Motor Service Station where the moto is to run up a bill...spares are double the cost you would get outside in local market and they add labor and service charges. more  
u can just try the concerned courts ? but remember JUMLE KE SARKAR HAI YEH ? more  
I have also bad experienced with TATA Motors & Concorde Motors. I lost my faith with TATA. They are not serious and customer oriented in their services. Only motto is loot the public money. Without servicing my vehicle they have issued gate-pass to me. Billed amount without doing the work for my TATA Nano. I am totally fade-up with their services. more
