1.States have been diversifying UNION Funds to their other opted issues at Political Interest WHILE States adding some extra to UNION Funds and Branding their opted Political Name at Selfish Thirst since decades
2.UNION Funds on Roads and Highway together with State Funds have since decades been misappropriated in Tendering as well as befitting selected Contractors implementing PRICE ESCALATION. Till this Decade, Contractor’s Profit Margin stood at 40% while half of it is set for Corrupt practices
Contractors of Roads , Bridges, Flyovers and Building are multi Billionaires with Concealed Wealth while the IT was allowed to assess only on lottery basis
3.Many works of R & B , P.W.D. , Z.P., whether of State or other Funds, had been set at same such Contractor’s margin oriented with Corruption
4.Even World Bank Funds and Finances on such public oriented works have had been running in the same method of Corrupt practices
5.Even Toll Gate allotments have also been set at corrupt practices not only in the Rate permitted, but also extending time period without any Check on Income from Toll Gate Fee for shared % of Corrupted Money
6.Utilization of LPG for governments, Government Gas allotments to selected groups were also set at Political interest without any assessment of Exact need of Employment Development
7.Subsidized and Rationed items of Public Distribution System ‘PDS’ also have been set at shared Corrupted practices floating Fake Ration Cards by every Party that Take Rule whereby the PDS ITEMS HAVE BEEN MISAPPROPRIATED UNDER BLACK MARKETING decades together EVERY MONTH.
8.Scholarships etc., benefits also have been mismanaged at Communal interests without assessing the really deserved/ really needed.
9.Salaries, Remunerations etc., have been also mismanaged without following the Merit System ordered by S.C. whereby the General and Public Administration resulted in insufficiency and inefficiency which had diluted the ACCOUNTABLE EFFICIENCY OF RULE.
10.Hospitals, Dispensaries and PHS also had been set at such Corrupt practices misappropriating Medicines , Apparatus etc., swindling the Funds at large more
