Swachta in Delhi.
Regarding "Swachta in Delhi" I think, no work has been done by the civic agencies. All roads were blocked by ideal parking of Commercial Vehicles, All footpaths/pedstrains are blocked by street food vendors & hawkers. Delhi citizens are bound to walk on roads instead of footpath. Delhi Police & MCD, these are the two major department, who are destroying Delhi. They are failed to to perform their duty as per law.
All encroachments on Footpaths by Street food Vendors are possible with the help of Delhi Police. Every beat officer collect daily charges from these vendors, & their "Done-Patte" split on the road side. Delhi Police also provide "Ideal Parking" for Commercial Vehciles on the roads, Area police officer charges monthly/daily basis from the owner of these Comm. Vehicles.
Why not Area SHO /Inspector should be suspended if he fails to remove encroachment on footpaths? He should be liable. It is citizens right only to walk on Footpaths, Delhi is still unclean & Dirty till date. Our BJP friends did a symbolic "Sfai -abhiyan" for one day, & from another day situation become worse again. For the success of "Swachta-Abhiyan" in Delhi, MCD & Delhi Police Deptt. should make responsible for maintaining streets, Roads, & footpaths free from encroachment & ideal parking. Only Delhi can be like other developed international cities. more

BJP will spend money in the interest of common man without much publicity. Whether it is Delhi, Jaipur, Ahmadabad or any city in India, the cleanliness is there in the posh areas or the areas where political influence is there. Now LC is in action. The rural and remote areas also will be covered by the marshals deputed by central directorate under SBM. No doubt there will be improvement in the matter. more

In Delhi, Kejriwal and BJP may accuse each other just to be-fool the public that another party is not cooperating and this is the reason for uncleanliness/encroachment etc in Delhi. But take example of Jaipur(Rajasthan), where every where is BJP- at Cetral, at State and at Nagar Nigam. Jaipur must have secured a respectable place in clean city ranking. But no city of Rajasthan is there in 150 ranking cities. In nutshell, BJP also make too much noise of good governance. Its working style is not showing any difference. Only difference which is being observed that BJP is too efficient in raising better revenue by many means. Let us see how wisely the revenue is spent for overall development of country with quality, durability and at competitive cost. more

The hypocracy of Sri Sri Kejriwal is proved. Where there is corruption there will be no cleanliness or progress in the work. Shila Dixit has sympathy being a lady but Kejri administration is a iron nail in the golden dish. more
