Swachh Bharat.

I believe this mission requires involvement from public at large. However, the public does not come forward unless something is forced on them, though they would like to do, they keep it for next day. Therefore, an initiative stating any building complex having more than 25 flats should be asked to build and maintain two public toilets, placing dust bins and first aid kits (security gate office) will help in achieving the target soon. more

Hello! VInod Kesava , Sir , Your Resource on Swachh Bharat is like a personal note of yours . Swachh Bharat cannot be a mission of " Do it later " . Or, it cannot be like " Never ask again " . You have chosen inanimate building complexes with not less than 25 Flats / Apartments as a scale for finding , funding and forcing public into Swachh , let alone Bharat . This initiative of yours contemplated smacks of undertone of " Why they cannot or what is wrong with them or Something is wrong in building complexes or What are they or who are they above all ? " etc,etc . It can be called a " Question Mark Initiative " of yours . I have , for you , the following budding plans of Wisdom & Truthfullness as content . 1. In Banking Sector , there is an identification system called " Identified Branch Managers " or " Identified Banking Probationers " . On similar lines , let us create under mass Registration Scheme , " Identified Senior Citizens " for Swachh . Once it is done , the suitable designation will be given as Social Swachh Senior Citizens ( SSSC ) for further roles in Swachh . Registration process and Initiative that are not part of an underdeveloped 'Am-Something-Above-Social-Virtue-Initiative ( ASASVI ) will get the bigger , the richer and the real with the fact-pool of experiences, first-hand information, shared -roles and volunteered-assisting-personalities . 2. Like the Union Public Service Commission ( UPSC ) , I think of two set-up Swachh Wings going to be called as follows , according to me . A. " Union Public Swachh Employment Exchange ( UPSEE) " B. " State Vasee Swachh Employment Exchange ( SVSEE ) " more
