Swachh Bharat circle on Delhi
Seems like dilli has failed swachh bharat amongst all the arguments between cm lg mcds mos and central govt. Everyone wants photo ops when they pick the broom. Municipal worker at home not getting salaries on time. Its been rated red in this survey and one of the 4 worst performing states. Come to east delhi and see it live. more

True but its people who need to wake up and make it happen, as we are affected and we will benefit most from it, so lets start from own environment to street and so on and we can make it withou netas too more

we keep our neighborhood clean but the minute you step outside, you face, dirt, filth and unclean roads and drains etc. No MCD worker does his job for 8 hrs. All the MCD does is loot the people's money by fictitious billing. Drains are never de-silted and smallest of rains leads to flooding. BJP controlled MCD for 10 years but keeps blaming others. they do not have a leader who can be projected as CM in delhi. Modi alone cannot do everything. more

Too simple identification of problem and even simpler definition of problem. No solution suggested. Photo op is just a part of the SBM scene and is not the problem or part of it. Problem is first asking 'what am I doing". One small question : Does anyone in this local circle segregate at home, does anyone ensures he does not throw out in open any waste, does not most of us employ rag pickers to do the job of picking up waste and segregate for us" Then we have right to claim and observe ' SBM has failed" because we have individually and collectively failed. lets not involve Municipal workers and authorities. They come much later to become part of the problem. more

We as citizens has failed to clean our surroundings clean. Without realizing this we blame every body from corporation to Government and go on spoiling our surroundings more

I think it is time that we stop criticiSing everyone except ourselves. We can,as a community,spread awareness,keep our neighbourhood clean and set an example. Having done so,we can spread the word and help others in the process. Remember,it is people who create the mess. more
