Suggestion for limiting number of post

I am seeing that some members are posting multiple messages (general information) on each day, causing to receive 20 to 30 mails per day from local circles. This is resulting in some people may not even read the full message, or it is sent to Trash just reading at subject line.
In my humble opinion unless someone is helping a fellow member, or someone need a specific help, the other general mails should be limited to one to two post a week. This is just a matter of self discipline in order keep the interest high among all members.
Please share your opinion as I am sure that all of us have lot of other work to do during the day and just by forwarding general mails (some of them have been received 100 times from other sources too), we may be eventually making the way to junk folder for such mails.

The most abused group in such way looks to be "Healthy Living & Diet..", "Good Thought And Wisdom..." more

I think Mr Asif Khan has a very valid point and we should all be a little restraint in our postings. more
I agree with Mr. Asif, Mr. Lal and others. General information should not be forwards and limited to 1-2 posts a day. Individual queries and personal experience sharing about Doctors/Hospitals/Treatment/Diet can be as it is. more
Girish Sangal I entirely agree. So many mails are being received that one is tempted to delete all. more
