Dear Mr. Rajendra Bhalla, The basic essence of naturopathy is to extract out poisonous matters (Vijatiya Dravya) from the body. The enema is not given daily neither recommended daily after discharge from hospitals. Some mild natural laxatives like Papaya, Guava, Isabgole bhusi, warm milk before sleeping and some walk and mild exercises etc. will be helpful for not taking enema. I have been to naturopathy treatment 4 times and I do not take any enema. Of course after naturopathy few diet restrictions are very important like not taking/reducing sweets made in ghee/oils, fried namkeens, Samosa, Pakoras, high sugar, high salt, nonveg. foods etc. Kindly tell me after your therapy can all these things can be taken as a routine to remain healthy.
I shall be grateful if further literature, matters on your therapy could kindly be mailed to me for my further knowledge at more
Akik Pishti is an ayurvedic medicine and Amalpit Mishran is a syrup These are available by DhootPapaeshwar company of Mumbai - which when used takes care of 80-90% symptoms of acidity in 3-4 days.

Ayuvrveda has so many wonderful drugs which used in appropriate doses and combination work amazingly fine.
