Lobbying is very commonly used channel for appointment in Senior positions. Suitability of a person according to the role, responsibility, qualification and experience is required to be assessed by two external bodies to be defined in a transparent manner who should be management experts and they need to be involved in structuring the organisations, as well. Unfortunately, most of the time organisation struture has never been optimised for effective working and performance. Just defining number of post without appropriate role and responsibility is common phenomenon in public sectors and even in private sectors today. more
