All the govt.companies are swindled from top to bottom thatis why no money for purchase of little things.Better to put officers shall perform the BSNl in good competition to the other companoes. And moreover the officers are gettingthe salary on the last day of the month even they perform bad. more
Most of The private sector players are greedy and take consumers for a ride. Public sector the bureaucracy , red tapism and total insensitive to customers problem are the hall mark.. there is mix of good in both the sectors ..only if these were combined it will be user friendly always more
All public sector companies should be brought to the level of private companies in the sector for healthy competition . Their services shall be improved .Accountability shall be imposed on them for any inefficient services more
BSNL is on a suicidal path and has covered 25% path. I belong to Alappuzha Circle, Kerala. Disconnect is very frequent while talking through BSNL mobile lines. I was told by some one there is o battery in the tower and no funds to buy. I am asked to buy parts/ wire etc.,. in case of any repair in the system because there are no funds with BSNL. Money is deducted from my bank account ( on line payment system ( which I closed a few months back) for many anciliary services of private companies. If I started a service say "Health pack " and I wanted to stop because there were no service. Then I request the private operator to stop, but he will not stop it Mistake is at district/ state level. What more to say? more
