Specific Measures for Women Safety in UP
What has happened is outright shocking and the way Police and Government has handled the situation is terrible. They have failed the family. There is little that UP Govt has done to ensure safety of women in UP, esp poor women.
The upper and middle classes and castes are too happy in their own world and don’t speak up but the need of the hour is to people to demand of the Government measures to fix law/order but even more than that sensitisation of police forces and district magistrates.
Can we together and atleast express ourselves and if we cant lets be prepared to see the same happening with our daughters some day. more

Women security can not come under complacency anymore. It should become our priority. There is no way out of this responsibility for administration. more

Anushka Ji feel the changes, although every body will agree Rapist should be hanged in front of Society but hardly we stick in our decesion the reason is better known to you also. we all are now having our selfish attitude and feel proud for spreading misleading information. When UP CM has already taken a decesion for CBI investigation then all of us should wait for factual status . more

Absolutely, .. ,,, within few days of hathras , other similar brutalities are happening, that is shameful.. UP govt has done nothing to support the victim and ensure safety many other women are being assaulted as of now. We all need to get together to stop this. more

CRIMINILIZATION IS POLICE WAS DONE BY POLITICIANS QUITE EARLIER BUT NOW THE DISTRICT MAJISTRATES HAVE ALSO SURRENDERED TO POLITICIANS. QUESTION MARK ON THEIR ABILITY FOR WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN SELECTED IN IAS.THEIR LOYALITY SHOULD BE TOWORDS SOCIETY NOT TOWORDS THE POLITICIANS.INSECURITY IN PUBLIC HAS INCREASED AFTER LOCKDOWN WHICH WAS EXPECTED.BUT INSENSTIVE OF SOCIETY IS NOT ACCETABLE.WHOLE SOCIETY MUST UNITE TOGETHER RAPES & CRIMES.DONOT DEPEND ON POLICE ONLY THEN ONLY WE CAN FACE THIS BAD PHASE WHERE COW IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE DAUGHTER. more
