Solution to remove caste status of person legally .
When any one uses the word like "upper caste , dalit , sawarn etc " , then it is actual backward mentality which is oriented on caste , Varn System .
Now , it is the time to come up by leaving these age old discrimination .
In independent India , still , caste system is being used as a basis of providing facility to public .
Our backward commissions are using castes as a basis for fixing categories for reservation .
Are we really want to end discrimination ?
OR want to continue by using TAGS of caste for Citizens .
Is it not insulting when our system ask citizen about their caste/creed , Religion (faith) .
Who will stop all this ?
It is a big question ?
Why don't we put all the society into General or common Category /class irrespective of caste creed and Religion
and provide 50% reservation to poor /disables .
This will be only solution to end caste status of person . more

After 72years of Independence, it is unfortunate still we talk about Castes. It means political leaders in power or no power want caste system to remain for their advantage. These category politicians are not better than Ex British Rulers. It is urgently needed to amend the constitution relating to castes. Yes reservation is required only for Economically weaker section for 10 years and it would be the responsibility of govt. to ensure suitable lively hood for every citizen. Most important is family planning to strictly follow one child per family norm. more

Since 1963 Congress preferred Castes as ever befitting Vote Bank and started denying SC on many Constitutional Mandates with support of its Allies. Constitution did not notify any other Caste except SC/ST.
Many States are now Funding on Caste AND Community Base. Indian Judiciary need to mandate Constitutional guarantee of Socialist, Secular State ordering State and States to remove Caste Base in Governance excepting SC/ST. more

BC and its Castes were after States WHILE STATES are now after BC Communities. Constitution did not name any Caste except SC/ST. WHY CASTE BECAME PROMINENT IN India ? and HOW ?. IS JUDICIARY watching ? more

Caste system based reservations are curse to the society. You will not believe but those who have taken benefit of this system are well off than an open category citizen. more
