Country is a Country with its Constitution well framed for it . By pass over of decades humanity , mankind , Civic qualities will not change only the nature changes . But still, Constitution is Constitution whoever lead. The outcome of the rule is not the Constitutional concept. It is only the periodical power and knowledge that rule so lead. Constitution shall be the same but the rulers shall be concept / conduct / Civic oriented. This [ constitutional concept ] only gives him power, capability, capacity, in whatever way he rule. So, in my opinion, Constitution shall have the absolute, unique and Sovereign power to safe-guard its territory with the living beings exist. more

The Value of Lands shall be only as notified in the Sub-Registrar Offices of those area. Real cultivating owners will not refuse unless it is the question of hailing themselves and every such land owner shall be paid with the value of the land as per Sub-Registrar office records of the land under acquisition since it is only for people like them who provided so the living amenities/ infrastructure like Power , Commodities , human necessities these land owners are enjoying till date. Indeed, Governments shall have Rights of Land to address the Constitutional provisions to all the People and all the Places and it is the Governments' Constitutional Right also. more
