I am Samir Kr Chatterjee from Kolkata and taken new Sim from Vodafone by porting No 8820014157 from Reliance mobile service provider on assurance over phone from their sales executive that on Rental of Rs 499/pm he will provide me 1GB 3G facility in Internet but after porting allowed only 512 MB and on complain in vodafone no 199 several times they are not redressing the assured terms of 1GB but pleading that their sales person told wrongly and i must check up with their stores before porting hence it is a gross cheating by the Vodafone and supporting their sales personnel inspite of giving his name and mobile no as he is not picking my call now.please state to whom i must contact for redress. more

It was horrified experience which lasted every month for almost years, I took the issue to their highest authority of grievance redressal by nothing happened. more
