simplify gst??

Our company has a GST number. We are doing an event in a different state. We are forced to get temporary state GST and do the paperwork again.. Also we have to pay tax on expected income before billing...

how can this be simplified. more

At first, please provide basic details such as in which state you registered, where you are providing the supply of event, the constitution of your firm/ co., etc., to give suitable advise. more
N Sharma I think you need to be guided correctly. There is no requirement for you to get registered in every state for the events organized by you. If all relevant information is available - guidance for this can be provided. - CA Ashok Malhotra - 9313888859 more
just like note ban. they brought GST without any case study. the central govt leaders behaving like monarch. the don't bather the people of India. they have power in hand. more
The govt advertises one nation one Tax . How? when one has to get registration in every state. Moreover CGST,IGST and GST . Why not one . Govt should bifurcate as per their rules why complications to the business people. It should be practically simplified. Even now the goods are being sold and transported without bill. You can buy any type of Goods without bill maximum in Country's Capital. If Govt check under its nose How the Govt. will implement it in the country. more

I full agree with your views. CGST, SGST, IGST, and Cess, and then the problems of dividing sales in Ineter-state / Intra-state, and filing too much information in returns, and separate payments.

If they just collect one tax and divide between them, taxpayers will get relief and it will become a simple tax, but the revenue sharing between centre and state, will become difficult. more
