Programs for loyalty like bbstar and amazon prime and others are not servicing customers citing lockdown.

have a different question why amazon - infact when stuck up online they give not needed help people need ? online is in cos own interest actually - so either in physical class rooms teach it all at amazon costs and each time not different person to start ram kahani again and act- co rep i do not know etc ? here best is go to co physical office - buy what you need at the disc they are giving - plus each month cash back to bank account - if stuck up get help there and then - no member ship fee to pay ? if you buy stuff worth xyz - example rs 1000 you get stuff worth 1000 etc more

Force Majeure or Otherwise,this is a clear case of deficiency in service by the company or bluntly put intentional fraud/cheating the customer(s) by it. The company must be dragged to consumer court to demand heavy damages from it more
