- Frauds by unethical ways...!!!

Hi, My name is Suryadev Pradhan, live in Bhubaneswar . i got a call from +91-120-4162100 on 22Jun 15 by a representative of Shoppingsworld. Com & told me that you are nominated on our selected member I really confused & told him when you got my contact No & he replied that you are online purchase holder & we company lunched newly with customer best service. Then after he told me that there is offer for you if you will do shopping of more than Rs. 3000 then you will get a chance of getting assured gift. He gave me offers like first prize as LED TV, second prize as i3 Laptop, third prize as Holiday Package and fourth prize as Samsung Core 2 Duos. He made me fool by his polite wordings. So, I trapped in his plan. He befooled me. He made me convince to purchase a product. So I ordered Havells Orion 1200mm 72-Watt Ceiling Fan (Brushed Nickel) of Rs. 3500 by using Shoppingsworld site ( Clicked EBS payment which is govt. Approved as per company representative voice) . I filled the form having address, e-mail id , phone no like options. After this i reached at the payment page where i paid 3500 by using my ICICI net banking. (EBS Payment ID : 38470149, Merchant Reference Number : 6002, Amount : 3500.00) after that they assured that the product will reach in a week & gift prize (Holiday package) will be reached within a month on my address. But did not yet received any product as well as any gift . Initially they have received two times my call on given No . 0120-3148885 & assured to reach on the time frame . but while calling on that no. , no one get pick the call as i am suffering the problem since a month . All the voice recording having of company representative what they assured to me as well as confirmation mail also provided by e-mail to me . That was my whole story . I want to my money back from Fraud Company. Can anyone help me for solving the issue? more

Acting on phone calls from unknown persons is always dangerous. They are from fly by night companies/ individuals. more  
shopping on line is proving fraud and cheating only.beware. more  
there is no free lunch....if u get such call....say yes to it. if everybody say yes they will arrange a big hall and they will loose when they see a paltry no. of persons had reached.

this days i never disconnect the call....they go on talking means their time and money will be lost ....i loose my battery charge of course. more  
These companies flees people like Mr. Suryadev Pardhan. Gone is gone, be careful in future. more  
Still we are falling in the trap loosing our sixth sense if someone says he is giving something free. First we have to come out of it. more
