Shoot To Kill

It has been unfortunate that stones are pelted either on the health workers like Doctors, Nurses, Medical staff, etc or the Police Force trying to maintain Law & Order, very essential in current circumstances while fighting against Covid-19.

I believe that the Govt of India MUST pass a bill, that till Covid-19 danger is totally eradicated, the Police force is authorised for a “Shoot to Kill” for such anti social elements. Anyone getting killed in such incidences, the bodies shall not be handed over to the families, but shall be cremated suitably.

In addition, for those persons who are identified being positive, need to follow the instructions issued as per the law, in the interest of the society at large. For any such person violating the norms, and trying to spread the pandemic shall be kept in isolation, unattended by any medical team and body of such person shall not be handed over to the family.

Even if such a law is passed, the menace shall disappear after a few people actually try to defy and die in the process. But that shall save majority population of the country from the pandemic.

It is worth ignoring the religion of any and every citizen to concentrate in weeding out the anti social elements from the whole lot of the population.

And once such a law prevails, the anti social elements shall be aware that the govt is going to be more and more tough against them all. Then the incidences shall then go on reducing.

If not, there is always a chance of increase in such incidences, which may take the situation out of control at a later date.

Our laws and legal procedures need reform for quick judgment and punishment. Nirbhaya's case is a visible example of laws and legal procedure where the punishment could be delayed beyond anyone's imagination by manipulating the laws...... We Indians have got scant respect towards law and order, due to a number of reasons. Vulgar manners, vulgar display of strength - whether individually or through coterie, etc. are the accepted manner of display and establishment of our superiority. Therefore, such people thrives and are nourished to achieve no. of gains. There are plethora of rules/acts, but such people openly defies them and considers themselves above laws, and often ridicules other by telling 'go to police', 'go to court, etc. more

Have you seen the Calliber of the police force in some advanced countries. Their rig and weapons. Put one guy like that on the street and let's see how many of these joker's have the guts to try something funny. An image of an Army Jawan holding a 9 mm carbine on an empty road at camp Kalina comes to mind. Not even a leaf moved. Train, equip and give them some power and see the difference Get Outlook for Android ________________________________ From: Mangesh Anaokar Sent: Sunday, April 5, 2020 5:36:40 PM To: naircsk60@hotmail.com Subject: "Shoot To Kill" more
India Failed it's Law and Order, IPC, and Diluted Judiciary since 40 Years more
Yes I agree. But the ordinance will most likely get stuck down by the courts. However there are enough laws currently to jail them without any trial for atleast one year. And that one year period is good enough to set these people right. Remember 365 days and 24 hours in a day. Thats good enough to teach such people a lesson not only for this life but for the next 7 rebirths atleast. more
