Section 80GGC: Contribution to political parties------stop it

There could be some other good ways to save tax other than donating to political parties...
Why the section 80GGC still continues...

If I have some connections to political party and I have a lot of black money..
Its very easy for me to donate the money to political party and get part of it back in form of some legal contract from the govt....The corrupt person is able to convert the black money into white money...The govt gets a lot of black money in form of donations...
I bet there would be hardly anybody who would want to donate his hard earned money to the political parties...

The people who donate unser section 80ggc are usually the people who have some unknown sources of income..

Please stop this donation to political parties....It will be a nail in the coffin of parties like congress more

That is no issue Sarmaji, if all donations to parties are through cheques only and all big denomination notes of Rs.1000, 500 and 100 are permanently removed from circulation, this problem can be solved to some extent. more
