SEALING IN DELHI
Any action by Kejriwal Government on Sealing issues. He was instrumental in bringing reforms in Electricity Terriffs- Jal Board affairs handling etc. He should do something on Sealing instead waiting the things to happen more

The Central Government and His representatives are never allowed to work for the benefit of the Delhites. The first step of the Central Government to keep out its employees from action of the State Government in corruption cases is the indication the way Central Government Works. The Kejriwal Government is against sealing, but helpless more

Vote bank politics can't go for ever. Supreme Court has already given its verdicts and therefore all politicians have to honor the verdict. more

Hands of kezriwal are tied so nothing is possible any action by him in pro and against will be made political issue by the other leadership more

Sealing is bad for the community, it also harms the politician vote bank. On the flip side rampant commercialization of residential areas harasses the residents. e.g. Car Parking space, Pedestrian paths to walk, Congestion, No access control as customers have access thus more crime, Noise & Lights Pollution, rise in property prices making buying a dwelling expensive etc. The solution is planned market places in residential complexes to serve the needs of residents and also Mega Shopping Malls outside the residential communities, but in close proximity. The Alaknanda Residential Community beyond Kalkaji & Chitranjan Park which has very strong RWAs has very successfully blocked the attempts by builders to make Mega Malls and creat all sorts of problems for the residents. more

Rules in any case are meant for every good for the society ;but in Bharat as we were oppressed by kings of our own country or who invaded our country who were the source of income of Foreigners /Britishers ,French,Portugese ,Dutch ;AIR & loud /Sound pollution , Cleanliness using urinals/Lavatories by abolishing littering in open field could not be abolished yet ;it can't be implemented until all class of people did not realize importance of such poisoning harm ;political leaders are also ruler tries implementation /opposition tries relief and votes ;these formulae got changed when opposition and rulers changed .Ceiling word is not new to whole country men but advantages they take if taken .Nothing is astonishing if selfish categories are not stopped until opposition rulers they sake of own such great When in opposition their definition changes to bring themselves against each other leaving their own interest at first over the interest of motherland ... more

We are the people, wanting everything as per our wish & not as per law. If caught then we start agitating, approaching politicians to do some thing in lieu of their donations to the these parties & politicians. Sealing had started earlier too. But there was a little temporary relief in between. Now this has started based upon some petitions to the judiciary. Judiciary has ordered this sealing. It is being done under the supervision of judiciary. Judiciary has issued a stern warning against political, official or any other sort of intervention in the matter. Wrong things have to be undone. Politicians hunger for vote bank should be used for right things & not for 'main hi supreme hun' attitude. more

Sealing in Delhi issue is with MCD and DDA which are not governed by Delhi Government. Arvind Kejriwal has already proposed solutions to BJP and now the BJP need to take action on it. more
