Scheme certificate cancellation from RPFO Delhi- central
I had submitted Scheme certificate at RPFO cuddapah at the time of submisstion of Form 10D for EPF monthly pension in the year 2017. RPFO cuddapah sent letter to RPFO Delhi-North asking cancellation of scheme certificate (certificate issued by respective RPFO Delhi at the time of leaving company which is under the jurisdiction of Delhi ) for processing Form 10D. After several follow up RPFO-Cuddapah sent two reminders to RPFO-Delhi-North for cancellation of schme certificate. Two times raised grievance in EPFO website and the case was disposed as the concerned RPFO Cuddapah sent reminders to RPFO Delhi-north. For last two years I have been requesting through mails both RPFO cuddapah and their next level addl.commisioner Delhi & Uttarakand for resolving issue.
During this period RPFO Delhi -North had communicated to RPFO-Delhi-Central that the scheme certificate pertains to RPFO-Delhi-Central. Even till today I have been asking Addl. commisioner -Delhi-Uttarakand to resolve issue of cancellation of scheme certificate and he inturn simply farwarding mail to RPFO Delhi -Central for action. No action has been taken by RPFO Delhi-central. At this juncture of no action on my Form 10D by RPFO cuddapah and nothing action by RPFO-Delhi-central for cancelling scheme certificate I do not know where to approach.
I request our circle memebers to guide me how to resolve the issue of cancellation of scheme certifcate and to get my Form 10D claim for my monthly EPF pension. I shall be ever thankful for the guidance to where I should approach to come out of this unresolved issue by RPFO Delhi-North/Delhi-Central

Dear Murty You should send your complete facts to Central Provident Fund Commissioner Delhi, which office is Bhikaji Kama Palace Delhi and also apprise to Central Board of Trustee. Complete detail to be taken from website. This is the case of harassment. more
