Saving passwords in contact list

This is interesting that 11% people are saying they save passwords for bank accounts and atm etc in mobile contact list.

If u ask me the number if 30% minimum as most people in the survey may have felt uncomfortable revealing the same.

11% should be taken with high seriousness and public must be educated.

The to other 89% my question is where do u safely store passwords and pins if not in phone more

I think every one of us have created lot of pass words as also PINs not only for their Bank Accounts but also for several other accounts relating to computer/internet and Social Media related accounts. Moreover, the Pass words & PINs, particularly for the bank accounts need to be periodically changed. As such, its very difficult for the majority of the people to remember them and need to have an updated record. But at no cost it should be done in the mobile phone itself. It is better to have a separate note book for the purpose which does not have access to a third person, as being done by me. more
Something has to be done, as many things are recollected, when required. more
all passwords may be saved in passwords manager supplied by several antivirus suppliers as well as some applications also available on charge basis for PW storage. In my understanding these applications are safe to great extent how ever nothing is 100% safe. more
I too have a small diary which fits in my purse and I keep my passwords in that. At first I used to keep it in a file on my computer but when my computer crashed, I lost it all, hence this is the best way I felt. more
I do not trust any mobile - be it iPhone or android. I have the privilege of having a Laptop which has the best anti spyware available as on today as per our tests. This is Malwarebytes. It starts with windows and are associated with the browsers. I use Laptop for all payments. But, I do not use Chrome and Edge - both tracks a lot. I use special version of Firefox, and I have set that all history and allowed coockies to be deleted when browser closes. If anyone follow my way - will be "Better" safe. more
Will try to follow what you say. Appears relatively safe. more
