Farmers to have Right to Sell their Produce anywhere in India Enjoying Provisions of Article 19. 2 Farmers to be permitted to Export their Produce directly under Central Export Council/Commission. 3. Retail Price and MSP to Farmers to be so Regulated so that Profit Margin Shall reasonably be 20% after Adding Cost of Transport which only Help People. 4. Farmers to get Minimum Sale Price Assessment under APMC. 5. Agricultural Lands mortgaged not to be allowed for confiscation or Change of Land Use. 6. Subsidies on Fertilisers, Pesticides to be Regulated and Controlled under Direct Bank Account Credit System. 7. Adulteration of Seeds Fertilisers Pesticides and Food items Shall be subjected to severe Punishments and imprisonment. 8. Govts to eliminate Middlemen Monopoly in Food-Grains. 9. Tax on Agricultural Land Shall be continued recording Crop Cultivation and Extent. 10. Income Tax Exemption on Agricultural income to be Confined to 10 Ten Acres and or Limiting Total Income to 5 Five Lakhs per Year. 11. Poor Farmers having Agricultural Activities on 10 Acres and below are to be considered for Interest Free Loans on purchase and Use of Farm Equipment. 12. Agri Land-Owners having 10 Acres and below are to be provided with Subsidy on purchase of Farm Equipment Banning Resale. 13. UNION OF INDIA REALISING ARTICLE 12 SHALL EXERCISE ITS POWER AND RESPONSIBILITY OVER ESSENTIAL NECESSITIES EVEN NOW UPHOLDING CONCEPT, PURPOSE OF LIFE ARTICLE 21. more

Similarly and analogically, in the national life, the Farmer is the King and a Farmer's produce cannot be treated as hypothetical but to be hypothecated to the Nation. Just like Indian civil administrative services, Farming should be declared a statutory civil service and all registration-eligibility- qualified-careerist-Farmers should be paid monthly Salary for carrying out farming works and produce including marketing operations such as supply chains, whole-sale. retail sale and subji-mandi Distributors . vegetable-customers-channels . so on and so forth sellers-buyers. Salient Features of my Blue Print :--- 1.Each Agricultural-Degree-Educated-Holder-Farmer will have to be given 3-acres of agricultural area to show his/her caliber toward nation-building-organized-farming-sector. 2.Traditional /hereditary/debt-contractual/ dynastic/ privateer-privy-purse model of Agricultural Rights should be done away with as immediately as feasible since these exist without University-education-crowned Agricultural Farmers. 3. Real Farmers must have a combination of effective mechanical, administrative, communication and decision-making skills. 4. The common farming-developmental-tendencies as the below ones are to be declared Farming Knowledge Requirement. Mechanical and Repairing Problem-SoIving Abilities Time-Management Proficiency Coordination + Interaction My Blue Print's Results :--- I am sure that all these qualities are plenty cumulatively in our Indian Agricultural Universities’ products called the Agricultural Graduates /Agricultural Post-Graduates spread all over the States of Indian Union .
