Samsung Mobile phone - need suggestions

I purchased a Samsung A-3 phone in April 2015 . On July 7, 2015, the screen went blank with a few dotted lines. The matter was reported to the service center which insisted that the set has been damaged and is not covered under warrantee/guarantee, whereas it had never fallen or mishandled. The matter reported to higher ups but the reply remains same.
Can I go to Consumer Court to get justice. more

There is no point in going to people of Samsung India. They do not accept there fault even if it glaring and can be seen by one and all. If you are really interested to get your claim, you do not have any other option except to approach consumer court. more

Yes you can always go. But first get yourself assured that your set is not damaged by you but it is a manufacturing defect. Any other good repair centre than the Samsung centre, can tell you what is wrong with the handset. more
