Complaint/QueryDetails 19 email reminders sent and unaccountable phone calls but the company now insists no problems. Dealer of Purchase Mahajan Electronics 89 Rja Garden N Delhi 15 tel:9873010012 sold for Rs.129000/- is least bothered says it is samsung co to decide. email:mahajanelectronics@hotmail.com Samsung e mail ID :hc.hong@samsung.com phone No.01246180800,01244617450 SIR, I am sorry to state that I have a 46 inch LED TV series 8000 and from Feb.2015 I have been lodging regular complaints to your service centre . Once they came and brought some PCB to replace, but even after that the problem was not solved, then I am told that the Display has to be changed. Till date the same has not been changed and along with the earlier problem of Picture, NOW in addition the Sound also has started to give problem. I have contacted several people sent SMS to the heads Mr.Lokesh {who does not even wish to give his email id } so the same can be told in detail. The technicians asked me to take a refund and they took a copy of the bill BUT till date there is no news of the same.

we must react aggressivley on such type of cheatings . if we can approach to media to gehter , then there is possibility to realize the co.s power of people more  
Grahaks are not in union....because my samsung is working i do not mind whether other's samsung is working or not. JGJ should take up the cases from this place and file cases against the companies. more

One mobile app is there named PHARMESY they mentioning that we serve free home delivery of medicines on 20% discount at Mumbai Delhi and now added Kolkata. I am residing at Dahisar-Mumbai-400068. They delivered me 2 time ok at my Dahisar address. My second last order no 15908 which delivered to me on 27.06.15 vide their retailar chemist M/S Shriji Chemist against bill no 154670 dtd 27.06.15. One medicine Jalra 50 MG not in stock so not sent. Again I had ordered vide no. M22334 DTD 16.07.15 but they rejected saying that we have no service for area Dahisar. They one side advertising service for Mumbai Delhi and Kolkata city than how rejecting Dahisar Mumbai 400068 which located MCGM? Help me to sort out this issue. I am diabetes patient. more  
The more the Sell and more the profit the company should utmost take care of the customers. Coustomer is next to God. But now a days people wont have faith and beliefe in above hence they wont take care for their Coustomer and thus get Ruined by themself. So Samsung should take Note of this. Consumer forum must Show the Right Path to such "Udmatta Company". more
