SAFE, NUTRITIOOS DIET WITH SPECIAL CARE & CONCENTRATION ON IMMUNITY BUILDING FOODS :

Now India is in a crucial stage - 2 , where not many are infected and suffering . This stage becomes advantageous when the Govt. is alert public are co operative .If the passage to Stage -3 happens, the spread will be rapid , over taking precautionary measures . GOI is taken the challenge seriously & is taking sufficient precaution to prevent the country from entering into stage -3 .

GOI is doing its responsibility we have to do ours to follow the rules to the hilt . WE CAN’T BE LAX AS WITH TRAFFIC RULES . The virus spreads exponentially . Single virus to 2 , 2 to 4 , 4 to 8 , to 16 and so on . Remember ,

IT TOOK 40 DAYS FOR THE FIRST 50 CASES
10 DAYS FOR THE NEXT 250 CASES .

This is called exponential reproduction .
The earlier resource posts have shown the rapid growth and the preparedness to be on war footing .

That apart let us also take care of the
IMMUNITY PART OF OURSELVES .
Make it point to consume foods that will enhance our immunity now against the Present Demon. It is said that Zinc containing foods is good for the general immune system . Some are listed in the attachment . Try and add them into your daily diet .

IF YOU MAKE IT A HABIT YOUR BODY WILL STAND FIRM AGAINST ANY OTHER NEW VIRUSES ALSO. more

DEAR SIR, GOOD MORNING,. WITHOUT GOING TOO MUCH, I WANT TO GIVE A WAY BY WHICH CORONA CAN BE KILLED. THE METHOD IS OLD INDIAN WAY. GARGAL WITH HOT WATER WITH SALT AND ALUM ADDED AT LEAST ONCE A DAY. WHEN CORONA ATTACKS IT REMAINS IN THROAT FOR THREE DAYS BEFORE IT EFFECTS LUNGS. SO GARGAL WITH HOT WATER WITH SALT, ALUM ADDED WILL KILL THE VIRUS IN THROAT ONLY BEFORE IT MOVES TO LUNGS. PLEASE INFORM MAXIMUM FOR THEIR BENIFIT.. REGARDS, DAVINDER KUMAR GUPTA, more
We have to behave like a responsible citizen more

Amazing arrangemet by nature . When there is an infection inthe Lungs , Zinc goes to the very site of infection and assists the immune cells to destroy the Virus / Bacteria . So it is worth keeping the Zinc levels adequate to keep away infectious diseases. more
Yes very true Mr. Ramanathan . If only we manage this one week first quite a lot of spread can be stopped . Then if need be continue further social distancing . But get the body ready boosting the immune system with diet or tablets as Anil mentioned . more
Extremely useful post. Thank you sir Sri Jayakumar. I find people in my part of Chennai, still very lax. Two wheeler riders going around as usual, without masks; vast majority of them do not wear helmets either. Let all of us in the LC make our micro enviroment aware of the danger of negligence at this very, very crucial stage of disease spread. more
