Congress now moving SC to prescribe to EC , the detailed ELECTION CODE alleging that E.C is not taking actions on Code violations.. CONGRESS NOW REALIZED ABOUT CODE VIOLATIONS WHILE KEPT SILENT FO CONTINUED 3 DECADES ON OFFENSES RELATING TO ELECTIONS AND CHALLENGES TO ELECTION CODE. THIS IS THE RIGHT TIME TO SUPREME COURT TO DIRECT ON ELECTION CODE , ELECTIONEERING , REVISING VOLUME OF PUNISHMENTS AND PENALTIES ON 'OFFENSES RELATING TO ELECTIONS ' ; as well as the Regulations and Rights of Performance THAT WAS DECLARED BY SC IN APRIL '19 . This is the outburst of collusive instigation for Joint Alliance that had been sworn in Kolkata Meeting by AAM AADMI ; AITMC ; TDP ; JDS ; CONGRESS ; NC etc., STAGING THEIR DEMANDS TO REDUCE THE AUTHORITY OF UNION OF INDIA [GOI]. This such is dangerous to the Constitution of India since the Part III and Part IV of the Constitution specifically under Articles 12 and 36 read with Preamble of the Constitution UPHELD THE OVERALL TERRITORIAL RULE AND RESPONSIBILITY with the State as a whole too and particularly set the Rights of Parliament and President of the Country with several supporting Articles of Authority of these TWO.
