HDFC Bank has recently introduced several types of service charges and they are worded in such a way that it is difficult to evaluate to make a decision. Until now their preferred customers were those who had a high amount in savings account. They have now introduced "management charges" of 150 rupees per quarter. If I want to opt out of the so called services under this scheme, I shall be charged for various service such as use of credit card, and what not, as I said it is difficult to understand. I would like to know from others who have accounts with HDFC Bank about their experience. I am now planning to change my bank. Can someone advise me on which bank has most reasonable charges. more  

The financial wizards of our country should look at the present situation very seriously, because even after 3 to 4 months the situation is not under control and the it is going from bad to worst, like no money in ATM's, we can not withdraw more than 3 times in a month from ATM's. If money is there in ATM it gives out only 2000's note, and no one has change for such a big denomination. Why can't the banks give different denomination notes like before? Earlier if we withdrew 2000 ATM used to give 1 note of 1000 1 note of 500 and five notes of 100, which was very comfortable position. Cash is required more for small purchases like coffee, Auto, bread etc and nobody will give us change for Rs. 2000 on a purchase of Rs. 10 or 100. more  

It is the RBI who should control the affairs of the Banks and their excessive service charges. more  

In all the steps taken by our government,the black money has not reduced neither further generation of back money could be stopped.Only it has created problem for middle class. more
