Reservation Bill
Supporting Reservation and dividing whole society into the different groups may be the helplessness of Political powers.
But with reference to the Future and strong India , it is not helpful .
As a citizen of India , I am not agree with policy of providing , increasing and strengthening reservation system .
Actually , it is required to remove all categories/ classes /caste / religion details from Government records .
Extreme Poverty or disability may be with anyone in India which is a economical condition or misfortune and it should be supported . But caste wise discrimination is not accepted in the name of reservation . It is shameful .
Why we are not able to understand the uniformity requirement in India ? .

Yes. It is necessary to scrap all matters from the Constitution of India relating to castes if country /nation has to move forward to become an ideal Democratic Republic. Govt must invest money in Education for all , job for all and quality life for all movement. Make administration responsible for such activities. more

Constitution named only SC/ST. Other Castes were opted and preferred ONLY BY CONGRESS. Congress carried full Castes defying SC direction of 1963. Since then there have been Caste Wars, Revolts While the general public were Gun-Fired.
Still Congress Rule was adamant in eradicating Caste Base from Government Provisions and went on Challenging the very Constitution. This is the Pitiful status of Constitutional machinery THAT NEED TO BE REFORMED AND RECTIFIED. more

A.P. CM today conducting B.C. maha sammelan while providing Community based Funds. Telangana also went in same lines but Funding for Caste based Community wise Buildings. Likely, many States promoting Caste and Community Based Financial Befits. more

If Governance under Constitutional Mandates is away from Politically empowered Bodies, All anti Social and Anti National issues could have been eradicated during these 7 decades. more

This Bill is challenged in Supreme Court. Our Indian Law commission need to define correct practice of Job Reservations:: A..-Article 16 [4] Provision for Reservation of appointments or posts in favour of any backward class of citizens which, in the opinion of the State, is not adequately represented in the service under the State. It do not exclude any Class in its true mandate. -Important aspect- ‘not adequately represented in the service’ do not confer the meaning of ‘proportionately represented’. This is why, Dr. Ambedkar confined that Reservations shall be only 30% and that how much less is the best to the Nation. -Article 335 says ‘claims of S.C./S.T. to services and posts to be considered subject to maintenance of efficiency of administration’. This also in the strict objective of maintaining efficiency and Skills under the meaning of ‘adequately represented’ and, the confined concept of Dr. Ambedkar. -Therefore, recognition to 30% Reservation to Govt. Posts to the objective of Dr. Ambedkar stands valid and Justified to be Reformed to. B..-The issue of Special Provisions to Socially and Educationally Backward Article 15 [4] ; Educational and Economic Interests of Weaker Sections Article 46 ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT FROM ‘Backward Classes of Citizens’ under Article 16 [4] for Jobs as per the specific mandates differently provided. more

Actual reservation of Food, Education up to graduation, shelter, medical & clothing should be free uniformly. Everybody up to the age of 18 - 22 years with an national identification no. should be given these facilities without any discrimination, to all rich / poor, powerful / common levels at single platform. No reservation in jobs / businesses - Private / Govt. more

This shall be the mandate of every Country to develop. Only concept of PDS was wisely set without discrimination. Education upto Graduation also need to be Subsidized realizing the need of uplifting Indian Youth/Students to become responsible Electorate as concluded in Article 51 A.
Economic insufficiency may exclude the rich and of above BPL in the issues above 10th Class and is Constitutionally also justified.
Private Educational Institutions shall be mandated on the Constitutional Concept under Social Responsibility in regard to Fee though ignore Food. Some Colleges even well maintaining their Library making available the Books to the needy. more

Initially reservation was for only 10 years.It was extended every time and now it is for more then 70 years.That means more then 3 generations have been benefited from this. Time has come either we totally do away with reservation and only talent/merit should be the criteria for selection. Otherwise let the present system wherein 10% reservation for EBC among open catagory should continue. more

Most unjustified issue is that it was not set at Family preference and 3 to 6 of One Family got Re.Jobs depriving the poor Families around. Congress did not care even the S.C. Direction of 1963 for deletion of rich ; 1987 Judgment to carry till 2000 AD with 5 early Assessment of Creamy layer.
Except SC/ST, there shall not be any reservation or relation.
Education, provision of Grant in Aids for Free Food and Books even with Hostel Facility to Weaker Sections only is the Justified issue for betterment of Nation and the Society as a Whole. more
