Request to Localcircles Management to HELP AND SOLVE PROBLEM

Since 4 days I am getting a Display 'Link Disabled' ( You have clicked on a disabled Link ) on clicking the Notifications I have. I did not get Local Circles for 1 and 1/2 Days. When I clicked a Notification about Reply to a Comment , I could get Access of Local Circles.
EVEN NOW IT IS THE SAME PROBLEM . Further, I am not getting any Message about 'Found helpful' though Points raising as seen in TI Circle.
I request Localcircles Management to clarify or inform IF LC CHANGED THE SYSTEM OPERATIONS. more

It is not even kept for a few days I think. Probably the load is too much and in the interest of more posts being displayed this happens. It will be nice to know the reason Please. more

Yes , it i sthe same with me too. Is it a general problem felt by many. It can not be localized as I am in Chennai Mr. Sarma in Hydrabad. REQUEST THE CIRCLE MANGAER TO HELP, PLEASE. more
