Reliance, Airtel Generating fake internet bills
I have used both Reliance and Airtel internet connections and found out that they are not providing any speed but are harassing people by generating fake bills and the govt. nodal officers are found to be working for these companies only and not for people harassed by these companies or people sitting there.
They are just sucking blood of people by placing late fees several times e.g. on a bill of 500 RS they are placing late fees of 2000 Rs. and then doing connection and disconnection and asking for renewal by giving 5000 Rs and giving just 2 GB data for six months which they are not giving as well by not submitting that money on time.
Then again they are generating another bill and calling people for paying this bill again. This thing happened with me and I lost money worth 5500 Rs. and again Reliance company generated another bill while I was living in Bangalore JP Nagar 8th Phase Rose Garden.
Then these companies are calling people for getting their help through another fake employment company for giving jobs to people and extorting another 8000 Rs. and then only they are closing down this matter.
Please take steps to ensure that they are not able to kill people like this by harassing them with fake bills in post paid connections.

Sirs I guess we are deviating from the issue as raised by bansal ji. Bansal Ji you are an activist and have a complaint against certain companies - have you filed complaints, do you have the complaint number, have you escalated the issue to senior person as mentioned in the respective web site. Bansal Ji you can take up the matter and raise an issue and get a refund provided you have the complaint number - I hope you are aware the data providers have details of usage and can prove that you have used the connection in case you have - hence what is due you need to make payment along with late fee charges - the speed as you mentioned is available in the speed meter and you can very well demand refund which the providers with due work refund. Trust me and follow the process and you would get what is due to you . regards and all the best more
multiple plans detract customer. all the telcos should have one plan only and should start from Re 1. Ad etc should be sent at their own cost. And why there should be time limit for consuming MB/GB purchased.......is there any 'shelf life' for data purchased ! Govt should do the auction of MB/GB/TB....volume of Data per year......not in the terms of 'spectrum'. Moreover there should be health care and Earth care charges as Cess on the Telcos. We all talk about using or preferring Indian brands . These two companies represent the cream of Indian brands and in terms of customer ethics they are some of the worst in the world. Its only about making money not about customer experience make some glitz ad draw in customers and make their experience a hell, coz if you leave as a customer they will always get another one (bakra) more in rural areas. This is the motto in their corporate board room and hence they way they deal with customers. India is a country of 1.2 billion lot of customers!!! The only way to deal with these two brands is to spread msg wherever possible in social media don't fall for their ads they trap you and then start sucking your blood. Basically don't let their products enter your house. Try their DTH even worse how and when they raise the bill the logic is only known to them. Finally we are stuck with their set top box If its only about money and not about customer experience ,so should we not prefer the MNCs in that sense?? more
