Reliancejio Mart - no refund policy

I am disappointed that my first order on e commerce site JioMart fresh was a eye opener when I neglected complaints about our desi companies cheating attitude.
I ordered ten items of vegetables and fruits on8-9-2020 order no 15995359329012175A from Saket Ecil post Hyderabad billed at Rs 372-
But delivered on 10-9-2020 only seven items were delivered , upon calling back the delivery boy showing him the missing items with proof amounting to Rs 74- for refund was intimatedby email also to CShead @ jiomart.com .
Till to date 18 days after delivery they have not refunded and upon reminders , the reply is looking in to the problem of refund.
I am ashamed of our Indian retailers and thus we stand no where internationally vin honesty and efficiency .
Pl do not trust our Indian e retailers . more

Companies are confident that in our system
1. we will not be caught Because we are from Chelega or chalta hai Type.
2. Even if caught no one will complain.
3 Even complain. That will not be registered because the the procedure will see they are fed up and stop complaining.
4 By chance your complaint is lodged, There is no sufficient staff to look into the complaint.
5. If Found guilty. You are again in queue in the courts. Your no will never come if comes adjourned number of times.
6 if you win in court there is appeal in upper court again you are in queue.
These companies are well aware and take benefit of the system more  
Very soory to see Indian retailers cut a sorry figure because of some blacksheep in the herd. Nice to know about foreign retailers characters also more

How to deal with this kind of innovative cheatings ?
Hi all Recently I experienced a very innovative way of cheating by AJIO.COM such that it can put Chinese to shame in cheating ideas ,
1–Ajio Refunds issue —-Ajio method
1–Multiple complaints are raised By Ajio for single item and all
marked resolved without refunds /resolutions .what will customers do complain again and again and Ajio use same trick mark it as resolved again and again 100 times till customer decides to stop complaining accept loss of refunds as destiny .

2–Second trick —-Ajio use fake refund initiations as trick and Ajio gives multiple fake refund references as refund initiated. What do you do with this type fake refund initiations? They 😆 at consumers that’s it as what can you do about it ?

3-in my case refund not received from months Ajio registered 10 complaints for one item and marked all resolved without refund ,I got 10 successful refund initiated references numbers ,all different numbers 🤣.Refund never received even now understood.What next ?
4-I am sure my complaints to online consumer forum will be resolved this way only resolved without resolving/refund and fake refund references.Damnnn the Indian customers.
4-I am suspecting that the Refunds are getting diverted to AJIO cS and family accounts as well .Customers are harrassed so that complaints never reach head offices I guess or else how can any ECOM site think of such an Innovative way of cheating ? more  
Many people are getting cheated by On-line suppliers. I have stopped purchasing any thing on line. I would suggest to go to market personally and buy the things of your choice. At least you can talk to the shop keeper/sales people in case of any complaint. Their response is always co-operative. On-line suppliers are face less . Some times even their proper addresses are not known. You just cannot do any thing with them. more
