However I was delivered a damaged TV in March 2020 which the Reliance and Samsung both are not replacing it. They are telling about company policy which is never shown to customers during purchase. This is dubious and malified intention to make money by Reliance.
Mr BM Bade CEO Reliance Digital do you know you are playing with hard earned money of the people of India. It is really horrible and shameful on your part to not to respond to any of my request to replace the TV. I really do not know how the Govt of India approves such company officials and their company policies. Such industries should be blacklisted and strict action should be taken by Consumer forum on Reliance Digital.
Hope to have some response and replacement of my TV. more
I do not work for reliance nor do i have any relation with the company. i have shopped there and found service reasonable. Not extra ordinary.
But something is amiss in your case. Reliance and Samsung do not deliver damaged goods.
Just one question: you are spending 100000 and not checking the documents and company policy before making payments?
And no company has such policy of not returning. It is against trade practice.
And for the delivery you received in March, you are posting about in July? Really you followed up for 4 months? And directly addressing CEO in the post, as if he is going to read and respond.
So just wondering what this is all about.
