Reliance digital faulty product & services _no revert _worst experience

This to inform you after delivery of my Llyod AC I got no call from reliance digital for the installation , so I have bear the expenses for installation from mine side. Product stopped working within 15 days of buying , remote control is not working , AC display is not working being in the warranty period , and I reported the problem continuously.

Why should customer bear the brunt for the faulty of the company side and faulty product.
The faulty product and services from reliance digital which caused the mental agony and frustration. more

Please lodge your complaint and if necessary go to consumer forum. more  
There is a dictum "Buyer beware". Installation is done by company engineers. Before parting with money, you should have confirmed with Reliance how installation will be done, their commitment and their phone numbers. more  
Whenever you buy an expensive product, its always better the installation is either done by the product company or the seller. Since the product has been installed by a 3rd party, there is a high possibility that neither the seller nor the product company will take responsibility. They have a point to say that the product has been mishandled during the installation. I am giving this point as a general rule and I neither belong to Reliance Digital nor Lloyd. Thumb rule: Any product which requires installation - has to be done by the product company and in some cases, they give the license to the seller to install it. If the product is not installed in your location as per the timelines given by them, you have the right to escalate it to the higher authorities. But strictly NOT by the 3rd party installation. more  
Installation was promised from reliance digital but they never turned up so had to be done through local installation guys paying the charges now reliance digital and llyod saying you have to bear charges for repair because done from outside.
