Reliance data card keep sending bills even after sending cancellation email
I had one data card from Reliance. One 26 Oct 2015 I had sent an email to RCom to cancel d connection. But, they keep sending bills. Now they are sending legal notice through their lawyer associates.
What shall I do? Can I approach consumer court in Noida? Where is consumer court in Noida?

I too had bad experiences..with all service providers. They will threaten u ...but don't worry.u don't pay for no service. For cancelling a connection they will give u unseen troubles. And ask for money ..till they disconnect.i said the day I informed u should have taken my request. Reliance airtel.....are all pain in ones ass. Recently I opted for Aircel post paid data and voice service.they charged 1300 rs for 3 days roaming. I did not use that much. My original plan was for rs 399 . All are cheaters..but ACT data services are really good. For the kind of data support they provide never an instance of cheating more
RCom is always doing such tricks with their customers. Now they have discontinued their CDMA service and introduced 4G. Reliance Store personnel who handed me new 4G card said that it will work in the existing CDMA mobile also but when 4G service started on 1st June 2016 it will not work in the CDMA slot of the mobile. We have to buy a new mobile for this new 4G card. I am also planning to change service provider. more
I too have a very bad experience with Reliance Communications. I had a CDMA postpaid connection for a longtime and the bills were exorbitant. I never realised. Moreover one of the Reliance Communications outlet sold me htc mobile for 12500/ and this handset was not working within a week. I gave it to them for repair. They gave back and confirmed it is repaired. It worked for two weeks and again same story. Then again I gave it to them. This is way back in August 2015. They never returned the handset in spite of my visiting them several times. I also gave a complaint through Reliance Communications website. I gave complaint to Appellate authority also. But of no avail. With utter disgust I have taken Number Portability and gone to other service provider. It is better to avoid Reliance Communications for any service. more
These people are cheats. They do not cancel the prepaid connections as they could go on earning. I did not pay and let them have my deposit. Now I have the same problem with Docomo Wi-Fi. Is there an agency that we could send a copy for informing that we need this and we have make an application to the vendor? Any one could help as it would benefit a large number of people. more
